Hello everyone!

So, I am back on my blog, and today I'll be talking about how to make a perfect smoothie.

Since summer is getting really hot in some regions there must be a way to refresh yourself by making an amazing cold refreshing smoothie! It's job is not only to cool you down, but also keep you in shape throughout the summer since fruits don't contain many calories and are at the same time very healthy!

A smoothie is very easy and inexpensive to make since all the ingredients you need are most probably already in your fridge! So, let's see... What are the things we require to have before making our perfect smoothie?

1 - A blender
2 - Fruits
3 - Ice
4 - Yogurt

5 - Milk

6 - Sugar (or honey)
7 - Vanilla Extract
8 - Juice

Once you have all that's required for making your smoothie, you can start by:

2 - Put in the ice (remember - the more ice, the more viscous it is)

3 - Add the yogurt to give it a creamy flavor

4 - Pour in the milk

Optional steps:

5 - Add as much sugar (or honey) as you want

6 - Add a table spoon of vanilla extract

7 - Add any juice you prefer that suits the variety of fruits you put in your smoothie

8 - Blend your smoothie until all the ice and fruits are mixed

9 - Pour your smoothie in a cup
